How do I browse in SENDPHOTOS

To access albums and display photos, use the left panel.

1. Click one of the following:
MYALBUMS
ALBUMS OF…
MYPHOTOSTORIES
PHOTOSTORIES OF…
According to your selection, your own albums or albums of your friends and family display in the central panel.

2. Click the album you want to view to display all photos.

To return to your album list, use the left panel and click BACK TO ALBUM LIST.

How do I create an album

1. From the central panel, click ADDALBUM.
2. From the ADD ALBUM window, click the first field to enter a name for this album.
3. (Optional)Then, click the following fields if you want to enter details about this album or enter keywords for your album to easily find it.

How do I delete an entire album

1. Hover your mouse on the name of the album.
2. Select Delete in the menu displayed.
   A deletion confirmation window displays.
3. Click the Yes button to confirm your choice.

How do I rename an album

1. Hover your mouse on the name of the album.
2. Select Rename in the menu displayed.
3. From the Rename window, enter a new name in the field.
4. Click the OK button to confirm your choice.

How do I upload photos in my album

1. From the central panel, click UPLOADPHOTOS.
2. From the browse window, select photos you want to insert:
   Hold down the [CTRL] key and click each photos.
   Or
   Hold down the [SHIFT] key, click the first and last photos of a block
   Then, click the Open button.
3. From the UPLOAD PHOTOS window, check your photo(s) will be upload in the right album.
   If not, click the corresponding button then click the menu to select the correct album.
4. Then, click the Upload button.
   Your photos are immediately loaded and displayed in the album.

How do I simply add photos

1. Click the UPLOAD button.

How do I organize my photos

When you are in an album, use the top toolbar to organize your photos.

1. Check you are in LIGHT TABLE default view mode.
2. Just drag and drop your photos to move and re-organize them.
3. Below your photos, click the SAVE LAYOUT button to save your organization.

Note:
For a better view, move the blue cursor to adjust the size of your photos.

How do I build a slideshow

You are satisfied of your photos organisation, click the Slideshow button to enjoy the show.
Note:
To set up your slideshow, open the sidebar by clicking the black arrow on the right edge of your window.
An options panel displays.
This options panel allows you decrease or increase the duration between each slide, for example.

How do I change my photos view mode

When you click an album in the albums list, your photos display in LIGHT TABLE view mode, by default.

1. From the top toolbar, click the first drop-down list.
2. In the menu displayed, select one of the following view mode:

FILM view mode

DATAGRID view mode

Or PHOTOFLOW view mode

How do I select my photos

For a single selection

Just click a photo.

For a multiple selection

Hold down the [CTRL] key and click each photo.
Or
Hold down the [SHIFT] key, click the first and last photos of a block.

How do I delete photos

1. From your album, drag and drop a photo to the REMOVE button.
   A deletion confirmation window displays.
2. Click the Yes button to confirm your choice.

How do I rename photos

1. From your album, select a photo.
2. Select Rename in the menu displayed.

How do I create an album cover

1. From your album, click the photo which will become your cover album.
2. Click the black arrow on the right edge of your window to open the sidebar and access to options panel.
3. Check the Use as Album Cover box.
4. Then click the Save Changes button.

How do I tag my photos to easily find them

1. From your album, click the photo you want to tag.
2. Click the black arrow on the right edge of your window to open the sidebar and access to options panel.
3. Enter keyword(s) in the Tags field.
4. Then click the Save Changes button.

How do I search a photo

1. From an album, enter a keyword in the SEARCHPHOTO field located in the top of the window.
2. Click the OK button.

How do I download photos from albums to my PC

If you have seen beautiful photos in albums of your friends and family, you can download them.

1. From your album, select photos you want to download.

For a single selection

Just click a photo.

For a multiple selection

Hold down the [CTRL] key and click each photo.
Or
Hold down the [SHIFT] key, click the first and last photos of a block.

2. Then click the Download button.
3. From the browse window, select a location for photos you want to download.
4. Click the Save button.

Selected photos are downloaded from the album to your PC.

How do I share my photos

Via email

1. From your album, select photos you want to send.

For a single selection

Just click a photo.

For a multiple selection

Hold down the [CTRL] key and click each photo.
Or
Hold down the [SHIFT] key, click the first and last photos of a block.

2. Then click the Email button.
3. From the Email Photos window, enter the email address in the To field.
4. Enter a Subject then a Message in the corresponding fields.
5. Click the OK button to send your selected photo(s).

Via Picasa

1. From your album, select photos you want to store on a Picasa account.

For a single selection

Just click a photo.

For a multiple selection

Hold down the [CTRL] key and click each photo.
Or
Hold down the [SHIFT] key, click the first and last photos of a block.

2. Then click the Picasa button.

Via viewing permissions

When you create an album, the Private view permission is set up as default view permission.

1. From your albums list, hover your mouse on the icon of the album.
2. Select Public option in the menu displayed.
   Anyone can view and download your photos online.
   Or
   Select Share option in the menu displayed.
   Just guests you invite are allowed to view your albums.
   
   See the section below to know how to share photos with ‘special’ guests.

How do I share my albums with guests

Once you hover the mouse on the icon of the album and select Share option, register your guests.

1. From the Share with guests window, click the Add Guests button.
2. Enter the guest’s email in the appropriate field.
3. Click the Add Guest button.
   Your guest is added in the table above.
4. For each register guest you invite, check the Group Access box, View/Download box or Upload box, accord the access rights you want to give.
5. For each guest, repeat the same steps.
6. Click the Save Changes button to confirm your choice.
